We're a small team working hard to get every order packed and delivered as quickly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

During product launches, limited drops, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll keep you informed via email.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates.

We're working on expanding to additional regions in the future.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Quiq'N may offer:

  • Complimentary shipping promotions

  • Free shipping thresholds

  • Limited launch shipping offers

Any active shipping promotions will be clearly communicated on our website.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Dubai: 1–2 business days

  • Abu Dhabi, Sharjah & Northern Emirates: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • High order volumes

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Delivery Issues

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at hello@quiqn.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We'll work with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package

  • Photos of the affected product(s)

We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Limited Drops

For limited-edition launches and special drops, orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis while inventory lasts.

Adding products to your cart does not reserve stock. Inventory is only secured once your order is successfully completed.
