By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written to be clear, not to trap you.

Quiq'N is a brand operated by Quiqn FZE LLC, registered in the UAE. References to "Quiq'N", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Quiqn FZE LLC.

2. Using Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Use the site in any way that violates applicable UAE or international law
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our system
Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
Scrape or reproduce our content without permission

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.

3. Products and Pricing

Accuracy

We make every effort to describe our products accurately — ingredients, nutritional information, images, and pricing. Minor variations in product appearance may occur between batches. Nutritional values are approximate and based on testing.

Pricing

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Prices confirmed at checkout are the prices that apply to your order.

Availability

Products are subject to availability. If an item you've ordered becomes unavailable after purchase, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative, a credit, or a refund.

Food product disclaimer

Quiq'N products are food items, not medicines or supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have food allergies, dietary restrictions, or a medical condition, please review the ingredients list carefully before purchasing. 4. Orders and Payments

Placing an order

By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in the case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues.

Payment

Payment is collected at checkout via our payment provider. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store card details.

Order changes

Once an order is confirmed and processing, we may not be able to make changes. Email hello@quiqn.com as quickly as possible if you need to amend an order and we'll do our best.

5. Subscriptions

How it works

Subscribing to Quiq'N means you agree to recurring orders at the cadence you select (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly). Payment is charged automatically before each order is dispatched.

Skipping and cancelling

You can skip a delivery or cancel your subscription at any time before the next order is processed — through your account or by emailing hello@quiqn.com. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Price changes

If we change the subscription price, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance of the change taking effect. You may cancel at any time before the new price applies.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We aim to deliver within the timeframes stated but cannot guarantee delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (courier disruption, adverse weather, etc.).

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. The First Bowl Promise is a brand commitment subject to the conditions described in that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, product design, and brand assets — is owned by or licensed to Quiqn FZE LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

9. User-Generated Content

If you share content about Quiq'N — reviews, photos, social media posts — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, share, and republish that content for marketing purposes, with attribution where appropriate. You retain ownership of your content.

We won't use your content in a way that misrepresents what you said, and you can ask us to stop using it at any time by emailing hello@quiqn.com.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or website
Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the value of that order
We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11. Allergen and Dietary Information

We take allergen labelling seriously. Full ingredient and allergen information is available on each product page and on the product packaging. It is your responsibility to check this information before purchasing, particularly if you have known food allergies or intolerances.

Our products are made in a facility that may handle other allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us at hello@quiqn.com before ordering.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on our website. Continued use of our website or placing a new order after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
